The major goal of providing employee benefits services is to increase or enhance the well-being of the employees. Employee welfare can be defined as efforts taken to make employees' lives more enjoyable. It's a word that refers to the advantages, services, and facilities that businesses provide to their employees in order to make their life easier and more comfortable. It can include things like monitoring and improving working conditions, putting in place health and safety resources and infrastructure, preventing accidents, and a variety of other things to keep people healthy and safe.

Employee welfare contributes to the organization's fundamental goal, namely, improving the employer-employee relationship.

Employee Welfare Measures and Benefits
Employee welfare measures are activities carried out by the employer for the benefit of the employees. The organization's continual process of providing such metrics can be classified into two categories:

Employee well-being can be improved in a variety of ways. This can include things like:
ü Providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) access
ü Organizing friendly fitness challenges among employees; providing well-being-related employee benefits like gym memberships, app access, and subsidized healthcare.
ü Leaders in health and well-being should be appointed.
ü Ensuring your workplace is safe
ü Workshops on well-being
ü Providing healthy food options for your staff
ü Offering true possibilities for flexibility.

Employee welfare is simply an effort on the part of the company to improve the lifestyle of the employees who work for them. It has become an important aspect for any company that wants to expand in the future; as a result, organizations take various steps to provide employee welfare benefits to their employees in order to provide them with comfort.
