Introduction
Human Resource Management
(HRM) is an operation designed to the improvement of employee performance and
meet the employer’s strategic goals and objectives.
The Organization has Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and HRM activities to succeed in company
objectives. The key performance of the HR department is to capitalize on an
organization’s human assets, implementing an SOP of activities that deliver the
most efficient and effective efficient output.
Human Resources activities are in 8 meanings.

How Does HR Add Value
to an Organization?
Companies’ employees are their most valuable assets,
human resources have extreme value. In a general sense, HR motivates workers to
perform at the highest level possible and maintain the organizational culture,
high morale work & efficiency. In the future, strategic HR has occurred as
a projecting view of the SOPs in functional areas and developing a strong
organization.

Recruitment, Selection, and introductions
Recruitment, selection & introduction are one of the
most important management functions. The whole organization & process
represents a significant investment in both financial and other resources. The
Recruitment procedure (SOP) helps in selecting the right candidate.
Recruitment and selection are the main functions of HR.
These include identifying role requirements, writing job descriptions, defining
role requirements and setting the right candidate's skills set, salary
budgeting, advertising to the right people, testing, interviewing, and choosing
the best person.
2. Personnel Administration
In
Organization, a well-organized workforce translates to greater efficiency,
productivity, and revenue. The Initial goal of personnel administration,
therefore, is to organize all employees in such a way that allows them to
cooperate and complete tasks in the best way possible.
Build employee ratio in an organization, Job Descriptions
& tasks, Employees standard operation procedures (SOP) for how to attend to their work & workflow, assign individuals to specific projects & tasks,
healthy and safe norms in the work environment, reporting & responding procedures.

Training and Development
This is an educational tool that consists of information
and instructions to make existing skills sharp, introduce new concepts and
knowledge to improve employee performance.
Employee Training and Development is used by an
organization to improve and align each employee's skills and performance,
improving productivity.
4. Performance
& Reward Management
Performance & Reward Management Systems is manually
made to the specific needs of each organization and Reward Systems. That
employee performance, motivation, and retentions create a contemporary and
complete performance and reward framework.

Talent Management
Talent management is a string of elements and
sub-processes that need to work in unity to ensure the success of the
organization.
In an organization analyzing the right talent gaps in the
present and the future, identifying the right talent pools and best-fit
candidates, then optimizing their existing skills and strengths while helping
them grow. And work with the labor union to develop employee benefits &
comfortability.

Succession & Career Planning
Succession and career planning are the processes of
identifying, nurturing, developing, and training new leaders for future
requirements or replacement of the existing leaders to continue the trend of
dependable leadership in the organization.
The Organization considers such investment of time as not
existence an effective use of time. Without a performance review system &
planning, employee contribution becomes impossible to measure. The Organization
should always keep a watch on what are the key elements or contributors to
their business, how to motivate and retain talent, and what will be the next
step if the main contributors leave the organization due to any reason. Who are
the specialized people to perform the critical role?

Labor Relationship
Labor relationships are the legalized chain between
employers and employees. It exists when a person performs work or services
under certain conditions in return for payment & benefits from
organizations.
The employment relationship, reciprocal rights, and
obligations are created between the employee and the employer. It has been and
continues to be, the same boats through which workers gain access to the rights
and benefits associated with employment in the areas of labor law and social
security.
It is the key point of orientation for determining
the nature and extent of employers' rights, obligations, happiest of their
workers.
Maintenance of employee Attendance, Tax calculation,
Insurance, determination of working hours and vacation time, payment of
salaries are general administrative duties that fall under the labor
relationship.
8. HR Planning
Human
resource planning (HRP) designates for collecting data day to day &
optimize, the data-driven process in which a company systematically plans for
the future in terms of human resources to ensure that available jobs are suited
to appropriately skilled employees. key HR creativities for the period ahead.
Evaluate & Review Human Capital Capability / Capacity
Forecast HR Requirements
Develop Talent Strategies
Those will help the organization achieve obligations,
strategic goals and maintain without staffing shortages or excesses.
